Garner Campaign Terms and Conditions – instax™ Camera Rental Offer and Social Media Prize Draw

The Garner Hotel instax™ camera rental offer (the "Offer") is valid for guests staying at participating Garner hotels in Germany between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 inclusive (the "Stay Dates"). The Offer enables eligible guests to borrow one (1) instax™ camera (the "camera") free of charge during their stay. Each eligible booking includes one (1) complimentary pack of instax™ film, subject to availability during the Stay Dates.

Participating hotels have a limited allocation of complimentary cameras and film. A maximum of one (1) camera may be borrowed per eligible booking. Cameras and film are subject to availability, are not guaranteed, and are available only while supplies last.

Rental period: The camera may be borrowed for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours. Cameras are available for collection from hotel reception from 10:00 a.m., subject to prior registration and confirmation by the hotel. Cameras must be returned to hotel reception no later than 10:00 a.m. on the following day, unless otherwise agreed by the hotel.

Guests are responsible for returning the camera in the same condition in which it was provided, subject to reasonable wear and tear. The hotel may inspect the camera on return. Where the camera is returned damaged, the hotel reserves the right to retain all or part of any deposit or charge reasonable repair costs, subject to applicable law.

If the camera is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest up to €89.99 as the replacement cost of the camera, subject to applicable law. By accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and accepts this potential charge where applicable.

The Offer is valid at the following participating Garner hotels in Germany:

• Garner Hotel Augsburg Nord
• Garner Hotel Cologne - Engelbertz

Hotel bookings may be made through IHG brand websites, the IHG One Rewards App, the central reservations office, directly with a participating hotel, or through third-party booking platforms. Eligible bookings may qualify for IHG One Rewards points in accordance with the standard IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions. IHG reserves the right to remove points or cancel a member's account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.

City taxes and other mandatory charges may apply in some locations. A valid credit card guarantee may be required to make a booking. Unused components of the Offer have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. Rates and availability are subject to change. The final bill will be issued in the hotel's local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, modify, or amend this Offer and these terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any rights that guests may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Instagram Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

The Garner 'Trip down memory lane' 2026 Prize Draw by IHG® Hotels & Resorts (the "Prize Draw") is open to all legal German residents, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry into the Prize Draw ("Participant").

Employees, officers and directors of InterContinental Hotels Group Plc and its various hotels, restaurants, parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates (collectively "IHG Parties") and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter.

The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law, regulation, statute, or other appropriate authority, and is subject to all applicable national and local laws. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the Prize Draw or win the prize.

The Participant confirms that they are eligible to enter and claim the relevant prize(s). The Sponsor may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. Sponsorship and Administration of the Prize Draw

"Sponsor" of the Prize Draw is IHG Hotels Limited, Windsor One, Arthur Road, Windsor, SL4 1RS, United Kingdom.

The Prize Draw is administered on the Sponsor's behalf by Haebmau AG of Rosenthaler Straße 52, 10178 Berlin, Germany (the "Administrator"). The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Prize Draw, including the collection of entries, winner selection, winner notification and prize fulfilment (where applicable).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Prize Draw, a Participant confirms that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw and claim the prize and they fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these prize draw terms and conditions ("Official Rules") and the decision of the Sponsor is final and binding in all matters related to the Prize Draw. Whether a Participant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period

The entry period for the Prize Draw begins at 12:00 a.m. GMT on 1 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT on 30 September 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor is the official time-keeper for the Prize Draw. Any entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

5. How To Enter

To qualify, participants must do the following: Publish a public Instagram gallery post containing at least three (3) images or a Reel, including either the Garner-branded instax™ camera or instax™ photos, follow the Instagram account @garnerhotels, and tag @garnerhotels in the caption of their post.

Only public Instagram posts that meet these requirements will be eligible for entry. The following will not be eligible for entry: Instagram Stories, edited captions, duplicate posts, multiple entries by the same participant, posts from private accounts, deleted posts, or posts using paid promotion.

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will void all entries for that Participant.

6. Entry Guidelines and Requirements

Each Entry:

• Must be entirely the original work of the entrant (not copied, adapted, or reproduced from any other source and not a collaboration with any other person) and must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement, or legal or moral rights of any third party, living or deceased.
• Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that is dangerous, fraudulent, inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.
• Must not contain, facilitate, reference or use material that contains prohibited content which shall include, but is not limited to content that promotes, suggests, or encourages any cruelty to, or mistreatment in any way of animals; gambling; the use of firearms/weapons/ammunition, any illegal drugs, prostitution, pornography, nudity, profanity or other adult content, violence, or the use of alcohol or tobacco products.
• Must not contain any viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way.
• Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age.

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering, Entrants confirm that they release Instagram of responsibility for this Prize Draw and agree to Instagram's terms of use.

7. Prize

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries from Participants during the Entry Period and the winner will be awarded the following:

Two (2) night hotel stay for two (2) adults at a Garner hotel of the winner's choice in Germany, subject to availability, and any other restrictions specified by the promoter. Travel within Germany is included up to a maximum total value of €300 and may be subject to reasonable restrictions. Room type will be at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability.

The prize stay must take place no later than 31 December 2027. The booking request must be made at least four (4) weeks in advance.

If the winner cancels a confirmed prize stay within the applicable IHG cancellation period, IHG's standard cancellation terms will apply. Where permitted by those terms and subject to availability, the winner may be offered one (1) alternative stay date only.

The winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to taxes, visa fees, travel documentation, insurance, personal expenditure, meals, and incidental expenses incurred during travel or during the hotel stay.

8. Prize Restrictions

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be re-sold. No substitution of the Prize will be made unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. There is no cash equivalent for the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize of equal or greater value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.

The winner is responsible for all national and/or local taxes and fees or costs associated with receipt and/or use of the Prize, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

If for any reason the Prize cannot be used, the Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner.

9. Winner Requirements and Determination

Potential winners must comply with all terms of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on or around 3 October 2026, managed by the Administrator, and the winner will be notified via Instagram within 7 days of the draw taking place. Instructions for claiming their prize will be included in the notification message. If the Prize Draw winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the notification message within seven (7) days of the date of the notification, is ineligible to enter the Prize Draw, does not reside in Germany, or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries, with alternate winners selected until such time as an eligible winner is found.

The Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Instagram handle of Participants.

Potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Prize Draw. A Participant is not a winner of any Prize, even if the drawing should so indicate, unless and until the Participant's eligibility, and the potential winning criteria, have been verified and the Participant has been notified that verification is complete.

Except where prohibited by law, the potential prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release, which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the date such Release is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential prize winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or does not provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), the potential winner forfeits the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

10. Agreement to Share Information

Please see the privacy policy for details of Sponsor's policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Prize Draw. If you are selected as a winner, your title and surname may also be included in a publicly available winner's list and your personal information may also be included in publicity of the Prize Draw, subject to your prior written consent.

By entering the Prize Draw, a Participant is giving consent to share the information they provided to Sponsor and its affiliated companies for them to use internally for administration of the Prize Draw. The Participant is also giving Sponsor specific permission to use the Instagram handle they provided for any communications relating to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to sharing such information with a hotel property if a Participant is selected as a prize winner. 11. Release; Limitations of Liability

By receipt of the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize or interpretation or reliance on these Official Rules.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Draw; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Draw; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a Participant's participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use or misuse of a prize or prizes awarded. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any submissions. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Draw or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of England and Wales and Germany; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Prize Draw, but in no event legal fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Prize Draw, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions or are found to be fraudulent. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of an inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Prize Draw related materials, these Official Rules will prevail and govern.

14. Severability

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and the other provisions of these Official Rules, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

Garner Kampagne Teilnahmebedingungen – instax™ Kameraverleih und Social-Media-Gewinnspiel

Das instax™ Kameraverleih-Angebot von Garner Hotels (das „Angebot") gilt für Gäste, die im Zeitraum vom 1. August 2026 bis einschließlich 31. August 2026 (die „Aufenthaltsdaten") in teilnehmenden Garner Hotels in Deutschland übernachten. Das Angebot ermöglicht berechtigten Gästen, während ihres Aufenthalts eine (1) instax™ Kamera (die „Kamera") kostenlos auszuleihen. Jede berechtigte Buchung umfasst ein (1) kostenloses Paket instax™ Film, vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit während der Aufenthaltsdaten.

Die teilnehmenden Hotels verfügen nur über eine begrenzte Anzahl kostenloser Kameras und Filme. Pro berechtigter Buchung darf maximal eine (1) Kamera ausgeliehen werden. Kameras und Filme unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit, sind nicht garantiert und nur erhältlich, solange der Vorrat reicht.

Verleihdauer: Die Kamera darf für einen Zeitraum von höchstens vierundzwanzig (24) Stunden ausgeliehen werden. Die Kameras können vorbehaltlich vorheriger Registrierung und Bestätigung durch das Hotel ab 10:00 Uhr an der Hotelrezeption abgeholt werden. Die Kameras müssen spätestens bis 10:00 Uhr am Folgetag an der Hotelrezeption zurückgegeben werden, sofern mit dem Hotel nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.

Die Gäste sind dafür verantwortlich, die Kamera in demselben Zustand zurückzugeben, in dem sie bereitgestellt wurde, vorbehaltlich angemessener Abnutzung. Das Hotel ist berechtigt, die Kamera bei Rückgabe zu überprüfen. Wird die Kamera beschädigt zurückgegeben, behält sich das Hotel vorbehaltlich des anwendbaren Rechts das Recht vor, eine etwaige Kaution ganz oder teilweise einzubehalten oder angemessene Reparaturkosten zu berechnen.

Wenn die Kamera verloren geht, nicht zurückgegeben wird oder irreparabel beschädigt ist, behält sich das Hotel vorbehaltlich des anwendbaren Rechts das Recht vor, dem Gast bis zu 89,99 € als Ersatzkosten für die Kamera in Rechnung zu stellen. Durch Annahme dieser Teilnahmebedingungen erkennt der Gast diese mögliche Belastung an und akzeptiert sie, soweit anwendbar.

Berechtigte Buchungen können gemäß den standardmäßigen Teilnahmebedingungen des IHG One Rewards Programms für IHG One Rewards Punkte qualifizieren. IHG behält sich das Recht vor, Punkte zu entfernen oder ein Mitgliedskonto zu kündigen, wenn eine missbräuchliche Nutzung des Angebots festgestellt wird.

In einigen Standorten können City Taxes und andere obligatorische Abgaben anfallen. Für eine Buchung kann eine gültige Kreditkartengarantie erforderlich sein. 1. Teilnahmeberechtigung

Das Garner „Trip down memory lane" 2026 Gewinnspiel von IHG® Hotels & Resorts (das „Gewinnspiel") steht allen in Deutschland rechtmäßig ansässigen Personen offen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind („Teilnehmer").

Mitarbeitende, leitende Angestellte und Direktoren der InterContinental Hotels Group Plc und ihrer jeweiligen Hotels, Restaurants, Muttergesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften und/oder verbundenen Unternehmen (zusammen „IHG Parteien") sowie deren unmittelbare Familienangehörige (Eltern, Kinder, Geschwister, Ehepartner) oder Mitglieder desselben Haushalts (unabhängig davon, ob verwandt oder nicht) solcher Mitarbeitenden, leitenden Angestellten und Direktoren sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

Das Gewinnspiel ist ungültig, soweit es durch Gesetz, Verordnung, Satzung oder eine sonstige zuständige Behörde untersagt ist, und unterliegt allen anwendbaren nationalen und lokalen Gesetzen. 2. Sponsor und Verwaltung des Gewinnspiels

„Sponsor" des Gewinnspiels ist IHG Hotels Limited, Windsor One, Arthur Road, Windsor, SL4 1RS, Vereinigtes Königreich.

Das Gewinnspiel wird im Auftrag des Sponsors von Haebmau AG, Rosenthaler Str. 52, 10178 Berlin (der „Administrator"), verwaltet. Der Administrator ist für die laufende Verwaltung des Gewinnspiels verantwortlich, einschließlich der Sammlung der Teilnahmen, der Gewinnerauswahl, der Benachrichtigung der Gewinner und der Preisabwicklung, soweit anwendbar.

3. Zustimmung zu den offiziellen Regeln

Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel bestätigt ein Teilnehmer, dass er zur Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel und zur Inanspruchnahme des Preises berechtigt ist, und erklärt sich vollständig und vorbehaltlos mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen für das Gewinnspiel („Offizielle Regeln") sowie damit einverstanden, dass die Entscheidung des Sponsors in allen Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel endgültig und verbindlich ist. Der Erhalt eines Preises hängt davon ab, dass alle hierin festgelegten Anforderungen erfüllt werden.

4. Teilnahmezeitraum

Der Teilnahmezeitraum für das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 1. August 2026 um 00:00 Uhr GMT und endet am 30. September 2026 um 23:59 Uhr GMT (der „Teilnahmezeitraum"). Der Sponsor ist der offizielle Zeitnehmer für das Gewinnspiel. Teilnahmen, die vor oder nach dem Teilnahmezeitraum eingehen, werden nicht in das Gewinnspiel einbezogen.

5. Teilnahme

Um sich zu qualifizieren, müssen Teilnehmer Folgendes tun: Einen öffentlichen Instagram-Galerie-Post mit mindestens drei (3) Bildern oder ein Reel veröffentlichen, das mind. 3 instax™ Fotos enthält, dem Instagram-Account @garnerhotels folgen und @garnerhotels in der Bildunterschrift ihres Posts markieren.

Nur öffentliche Instagram-Posts, die diese Anforderungen erfüllen, sind teilnahmeberechtigt. Folgendes ist nicht teilnahmeberechtigt: Instagram Stories, bearbeitete Bildunterschriften, doppelte Posts, Mehrfachteilnahmen desselben Teilnehmers, Posts von privaten Accounts, gelöschte Posts oder Posts, für die bezahlte Promotion genutzt wurde.

Jegliche Verwendung robotischer, repetitiver, automatischer, programmierter oder ähnlicher Methoden führt zur Ungültigkeit aller Teilnahmen des betreffenden Teilnehmers.

6. Richtlinien und Anforderungen an die Teilnahme

Jede Teilnahme:

• muss vollständig das Originalwerk des Teilnehmers sein, darf nicht aus einer anderen Quelle kopiert, angepasst oder reproduziert sein und darf keine Zusammenarbeit mit einer anderen Person darstellen; sie darf kein Material enthalten, das Rechte Dritter verletzt oder beeinträchtigt, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Datenschutz-, Persönlichkeits- oder Rechte des geistigen Eigentums, einschließlich Urheberrechtsverletzungen, oder gesetzliche oder moralische Rechte Dritter, lebend oder verstorben.
• darf kein gefährliches, betrügerisches, unangemessenes, unanständiges, anzügliches, pornografisches, obszönes, hasserfülltes, rechtswidrig schädigendes, diffamierendes, verleumderisches oder ehrverletzendes Material enthalten, ermöglichen, darauf Bezug nehmen oder verwenden.
• darf keine verbotenen Inhalte enthalten, ermöglichen, darauf Bezug nehmen oder verwenden; hierzu zählen unter anderem Inhalte, die Tierquälerei oder Misshandlung von Tieren fördern, nahelegen oder unterstützen, Glücksspiel, Schusswaffen/Waffen/Munition, illegale Drogen, Prostitution, Pornografie, Nacktheit, Profanität oder andere Inhalte für Erwachsene, Gewalt oder den Konsum von Alkohol- oder Tabakerzeugnissen.
• darf keine Viren, Spyware, Malware oder sonstige schädliche Komponenten enthalten, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Funktionalität eines Computers in irgendeiner Weise zu beeinträchtigen.
• darf kein Material enthalten, ermöglichen, darauf Bezug nehmen oder verwenden, das Bigotterie, Rassismus, Hass oder Schaden gegen eine Gruppe oder Einzelperson fördert oder Diskriminierung aufgrund von Rasse, Geschlecht, ethnischer Herkunft, Religion, Nationalität, Behinderung, sexueller Orientierung, politischer Orientierung, Staatsangehörigkeit, Abstammung, Familienstand oder Alter fördert.

Dieses Gewinnspiel wird in keiner Weise von Instagram gesponsert, verwaltet oder mit Instagram in Verbindung gebracht. Mit der Teilnahme bestätigen die Teilnehmer, dass sie Instagram von der Verantwortung für dieses Gewinnspiel freistellen und den Nutzungsbedingungen von Instagram zustimmen.

7. Preis

Ein Gewinner wird aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen von Teilnehmern während des Teilnahmezeitraums ausgewählt und erhält Folgendes: einen Hotelaufenthalt von zwei (2) Nächten für zwei (2) Erwachsene in einem Garner Hotel nach Wahl des Gewinners in Deutschland, vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit und etwaiger weiterer vom Veranstalter festgelegter Beschränkungen. Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands sind bis zu einem maximalen Gesamtwert von 300 € enthalten und können angemessenen Beschränkungen unterliegen. Die Zimmerkategorie liegt im Ermessen des Hotels und unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit.

Der Preisaufenthalt muss spätestens bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 stattfinden. Die Buchungsanfrage muss mindestens vier (4) Wochen im Voraus gestellt werden.

Wenn der Gewinner einen bestätigten Preisaufenthalt innerhalb der jeweils anwendbaren IHG Stornierungsfrist storniert, gelten die standardmäßigen Stornierungsbedingungen von IHG. Soweit nach diesen Bedingungen zulässig und vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit kann dem Gewinner einmalig ein (1) alternativer Aufenthaltstermin angeboten werden.

Der Gewinner ist allein verantwortlich für alle Kosten und Ausgaben, die nicht ausdrücklich im Preis enthalten sind, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Steuern, Visagebühren, Reisedokumente, Versicherungen, persönliche Ausgaben, Mahlzeiten und Nebenkosten, die während der Reise oder während des Hotelaufenthalts entstehen.

8. Preisbeschränkungen

Der Preis ist nicht übertragbar und darf nicht weiterverkauft werden. Eine Ersetzung des Preises erfolgt nicht, es sei denn, der Sponsor entscheidet nach eigenem Ermessen etwas anderes. Ein Anspruch auf Barauszahlung besteht nicht. Der Sponsor behält sich das Recht vor, den Preis durch einen gleich- oder höherwertigen Preis zu ersetzen, sollte der Preis aus irgendeinem Grund nicht verfügbar sein.

Der Gewinner ist für alle nationalen und/oder lokalen Steuern, Gebühren oder Kosten verantwortlich, die mit dem Erhalt und/oder der Nutzung des Preises verbunden sind, unabhängig davon, ob dieser ganz oder teilweise genutzt wird.

Kann der Preis aus irgendeinem Grund nicht genutzt werden, verfällt der Preis und der Sponsor hat gegenüber dem Gewinner keine weiteren Verpflichtungen.

9. Anforderungen an Gewinner und Ermittlung

Potenzielle Gewinner müssen alle Bestimmungen dieser Offiziellen Regeln einhalten. Der Gewinn ist davon abhängig, dass alle Anforderungen dieser Offiziellen Regeln erfüllt werden. Der Gewinner wird per Zufallsziehung aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen ausgewählt. Die Ziehung findet voraussichtlich am oder um den 3. Oktober 2026 statt, wobei die Ziehung durch den Administrator verwaltet wird. Der Gewinner wird innerhalb von sieben (7) Tagen nach der Ziehung über Instagram benachrichtigt. Anweisungen zur Inanspruchnahme des Preises werden in der Benachrichtigung enthalten sein. Wenn der Gewinner des Gewinnspiels nicht kontaktiert werden kann, nicht innerhalb von sieben (7) Tagen ab dem Datum der Benachrichtigung auf die Benachrichtigung antwortet, nicht teilnahmeberechtigt ist, nicht in Deutschland wohnhaft ist oder disqualifiziert wird, wird aus allen verbleibenden teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen per Zufallsziehung ein Ersatzgewinner ausgewählt, bis ein teilnahmeberechtigter Gewinner gefunden ist.

Der Sponsor haftet nicht für Gewinnerbenachrichtigungen, die aus irgendeinem Grund verloren gehen, abgefangen oder von einem potenziellen Gewinner nicht empfangen werden. Der Sponsor akzeptiert keine Screenshots oder sonstigen Nachweise eines Gewinns anstelle seines Validierungsprozesses. Der Sponsor ist nicht verantwortlich für Änderungen des Instagram-Handles von Teilnehmern.

Potenzielle Gewinner unterliegen der Überprüfung durch den Sponsor und den Administrator, deren Entscheidungen in allen Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel endgültig und verbindlich sind. Ein Teilnehmer ist kein Gewinner eines Preises, selbst wenn die Ziehung dies anzeigen sollte, es sei denn und bis die Teilnahmeberechtigung des Teilnehmers und die potenziellen Gewinnkriterien überprüft wurden und dem Teilnehmer mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Überprüfung abgeschlossen ist.

Soweit gesetzlich nicht untersagt, muss der potenzielle Gewinner zur Inanspruchnahme des Preises eine Erklärung über die Einhaltung der Regeln, Haftungsfreistellung und Zustimmung zur Veröffentlichung unterzeichnen und zurücksenden, die dem Sponsor innerhalb von fünf (5) Tagen ab dem Datum des Versands dieser Erklärung zugehen muss.

10. Zustimmung zur Weitergabe von Informationen

Einzelheiten zur Verwendung personenbezogener Daten, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel erhoben werden, entnehmen Sie bitte der Datenschutzrichtlinie des Sponsors. Wenn Sie als Gewinner ausgewählt werden, können Ihr Titel und Ihr Nachname außerdem in eine öffentlich zugängliche Gewinnerliste aufgenommen werden, und Ihre personenbezogenen Daten können vorbehaltlich Ihrer vorherigen schriftlichen Einwilligung auch in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für das Gewinnspiel verwendet werden.

Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erteilt ein Teilnehmer seine Einwilligung, die dem Sponsor und seinen verbundenen Unternehmen bereitgestellten Informationen zur internen Verwaltung des Gewinnspiels weiterzugeben. Der Teilnehmer erteilt dem Sponsor außerdem ausdrücklich die Erlaubnis, den angegebenen Instagram-Handle für sämtliche Mitteilungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel zu verwenden. 11. Freistellung; Haftungsbeschränkungen

Mit Erhalt des Preises erklärt sich der Gewinner damit einverstanden, den Sponsor sowie dessen jeweilige Tochtergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen, Lieferanten, Vertriebspartner und die jeweiligen Mutter- und verbundenen Unternehmen sowie die leitenden Angestellten, Direktoren, Mitarbeitenden und Beauftragten jedes dieser Unternehmen (zusammen die „freigestellten Parteien") von und gegen jegliche Ansprüche oder Klagegründe freizustellen und schadlos zu halten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Personenschäden, Tod oder Sachschäden oder Verlust von Eigentum, die aus der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel oder dem Erhalt, der Nutzung oder dem Missbrauch eines Preises oder der Auslegung oder dem Vertrauen auf diese Offiziellen Regeln entstehen.

Die freigestellten Parteien sind nicht verantwortlich für: (1) unrichtige oder ungenaue Informationen; (2) technische Ausfälle jeglicher Art; (3) unbefugtes menschliches Eingreifen; (4) typografische, technische, Computer- oder menschliche Fehler bei der Verwaltung des Gewinnspiels; oder (5) Verletzungen oder Schäden an Personen oder Eigentum, die durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel verursacht werden können.

12. Streitigkeiten

Soweit nicht untersagt, erklärt sich der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass sämtliche Streitigkeiten, Ansprüche und Klagegründe, die sich aus diesem Gewinnspiel ergeben, individuell, ohne Rückgriff auf irgendeine Form von Sammelklage, und ausschließlich durch die Gerichte von England und Wales sowie Deutschland beigelegt werden. Alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Auslegung, Gültigkeit, Interpretation und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser Offiziellen Regeln unterliegen dem Recht von England und Wales.

13. Allgemeine Bedingungen

Der Sponsor behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel oder Teile davon zu stornieren, auszusetzen und/oder zu ändern, wenn Betrug, technische Ausfälle, menschliches Versagen oder sonstige Faktoren die Integrität oder ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen. Der Sponsor behält sich das Recht vor, Personen zu disqualifizieren, bei denen er feststellt, dass sie den Teilnahmeprozess manipulieren oder sich unsportlich verhalten. Im Falle eines Widerspruchs zwischen diesen Offiziellen Regeln und anderen Materialien im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel gehen diese Offiziellen Regeln vor.

14. Salvatorische Klausel

Wird die Anwendung einer Bestimmung dieser Offiziellen Regeln auf bestimmte Tatsachen oder Umstände aus irgendeinem Grund von einem Gericht, Schiedsgericht oder sonstigen zuständigen Spruchkörper für ungültig, rechtswidrig oder nicht durchsetzbar erklärt, so gilt: (a) die Gültigkeit, Rechtmäßigkeit und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser Bestimmung in Bezug auf andere bestimmte Tatsachen oder Umstände sowie der übrigen Bestimmungen dieser Offiziellen Regeln bleiben davon unberührt; und (b) diese Bestimmung wird im größtmöglichen Umfang durchgesetzt.
